Audrey Winnifred Ross 

On Tuesday, February 27th 2007, at Carman Hospital, Audrey passed away peacefully in the presence of family and friends. 

On July 2nd 2007, she would have enriched our lives for 86 years. She leaves to mourn her son , Gary (Bev) Ross of Winnipeg, and their children, Darren Ross of Winnipeg and Darcy (Roslyn) Ross of Ottawa and great grandchildren, Brendan & Aiden; daughter Faun (Glennis) Scott of Minnedosa and their children, Jodi Scott of Regina and Ryan (Terrie) Scott of Lockport. Audrey was predeceased by her husband, Jack Ross; parents Louis & Vivian Adams, and brothers, Bill & Del Adams. 

Mom was born in Osage, Saskatchewan and later moved to Birch River,Manitoba with her family where she met and married Jack. They lived in Flin Flon, Homewood, and Miami before making Carman their permanent home. Mom loved her family gatherings, her weekly coffee outings with her friends, and traveling! She was always very supportive of her children and grand- children’s activities and accomplishments! 

With gratitude we thank special friends Gabe Paul and June Penner for their daily visits with Mom. Their lively conversations and laughter were indeed good therapy! 

A private family memorial service is being planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent. St., Winnipeg, MB. R2L 1X3 or a charity of one’s choice.
